Do I need to be home?+
Nope. As long as your bins or yard are accessible, we'll handle it and lock the gate behind us.
Are the products safe for pets and kids?+
Yes — we use plant-based, biodegradable disinfectants. Safe to walk on once dry.
Can I cancel any time?+
Individual plans are no-agreement — cancel or pause whenever. Bundles run for 6 months at the discounted rate.
What if it rains or my bin is missed?+
We reschedule for the next service day at no charge. You'll always get a text confirmation.
